Intro to ECM & OnBase 101
New to Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and OnBase? Then this is the course for you! This session will introduce you to the concepts of ECM, and provide you a baseline understanding of how OnBase is utilized to increase efficiency and effectiveness within organizations. Time permitting, we will move into a more in-depth review of some of the most popular OnBase modules.
Process Makes Perfect: The Power of BPM
This kick-off session will be invaluable for those considering a Business Process Management (BPM) / Reengineering initiative, as Naviant Group will walk attendees through some best practices within the world of BPM. In addition to discussing general concepts, this session will also review the new OnBase BPM Suite. The BPM Suite is available as a new modular or bundled suite of add-on functionality for Workflow to analyze productivity, run what-if scenarios, view real-time snapshots of processes, and provide statistical analysis.
Accounts Receivable
From the initial customer order until the final payment is received, Accounts Receivable is one of the most paper-intensive back-office processes within an organization. With the continued rapid advances in scanner technology, this Naviant and vendor-led session will help you gain a better understanding of what to look for in a scanner, as well as learn about some new features and benefits in scanning technology that help organizations work smarter, not harder. Join this session for an hour of enlightenment on how HR departments have gone paperless, the technology that exists to automate HR processes, and best practices to consider if you're going paperless! Through case studies, you will learn about how HR professionals have embraced technology to streamline some of the most paper-intensive processes within HR, including keeping track of paper-based personnel, enrollment, benefit and ETO paper files, as well as vacation request tracking.
