Hyland OnBase Conference - OTTC 2009

Naviant, a Platinum and Diamond OnBase reseller, would like to invite you to learn more about Hyland's Annual OnBase Training & Techology Conference (OTTC).

Hyland's OTTC has three “programs,” and attendees can choose which program best suits their learning needs: Sunday through Wednesday; Sunday through Friday and Thursday/Friday only.

The conference begins on Sunday with VOGUE meetings (Industry-specific end-user meetings), a partner meeting and the Welcome Reception.

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday include the following each day: breakfast, general session, product and technical breakout sessions, lunch, Vendor Expo, end-user-driven case study sessions, and the following three-hour tracks, with at least two classes per track: business-oriented, technical (beginner to intermediate), technical (intermediate to advanced) and industry. Monday and Wednesday both conclude with Hyland’s famous evening networking activities while Tuesday is the free night.

Thursday and Friday are the pure training days, with three (3) eight-hour classes and eight (8) four-hour classes each day. Many classes are hands-on labs, and all classes are designed to provide a deeper technical education than can be found in the Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday sessions. Breakfast and lunch are included on Thursday and Friday, while dinner is included on Thursday only as the conference ends at 5:00 on Friday.

$1,000: Thursday and Friday classes only
$1,350: Sunday – Wednesday
$1,850: Sunday – Friday

Full Price Fees (Effective July 1st)
$1,000: Thursday and Friday classes only
$1,500: Sunday – Wednesday
$2,000: Sunday – Friday

Late Registration Fees (Effective Sept 4th)
$1,250: Thursday and Friday classes only
$1,750: Sunday - Wednesday
$2,250: Sunday – Friday

Conference Hotel
The 2009 OnBase Training & Technology Conference will be held at the Walt Disney World Swan Dolphin Resort in Orlando. OnBase Conference attendees will enjoy a discounted room rate of $199.00 per night, plus tax, for either a king or double room. Hotel rooms must be reserved via the conference website.

All courses offered are the same formal courses offered at Hyland Software headquarters in Cleveland, OH towards becoming a recognized OnBase Certified System Administrator (OCSA) and an OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator (OCWA).
